Quality Checks & Project Wrap UpGas Line: If a gas line installation is required, it will be done after pool is completely backfilled. Once the pool passes the final inspection, your gas company will schedule the hook-up to the gas meter.

Masonry: The construction of masonry features such as barbecues, fire pits, and decorative walls begins after the pool backfill is done.

Water Features: Installation of water features, such as rock boulders or decorative tile and stone splashes, takes place during this phase.

Irrigation and Drainage: Prior to decking, we ensure proper sleeving or accommodations for irrigation, drainage, lighting, and other utilities in the project.

Decking: We complete the deck construction, whether it involves concrete or alternative decking methods like pavers or travertine.

Masonry Finish Work: The installation of masonry finish products such as stacked stone, decorative pots, tile, and stone caps adds beauty and the finishing touch to the pool.

Tile: All waterline tiles, mosaics, and other tiled features can be installed to a fibreglass pool during this phase.

Carpentry Finish Work: Concurrent with tile work, carpentry finish work is carried out to enhance the pool's aesthetic appeal.

Final Inspection: After cleanup, we schedule the final inspection with your municipality. All required barriers and safety measures must be in place at this stage.

Start-Up: Our Start-Up crew fine-tunes your pool, ensuring proper functionality and adding the necessary chemicals upon filling the pool with water.

Orientation: We schedule an orientation session to familiarize you with pool maintenance and operation. You will receive essential tools such as a pole, basket, brush, and a test kit.

Landscape Fine Grading and Layout: Precise grading and location marking of major trees, plants, and features are done to prepare for seamless landscape installation.

Landscape Irrigation: Irrigation systems, controllers, and valve boxes are installed with the same attention to detail and leak avoidance as our pools.

Lighting, Misting, Sound, Video: Underground placement of lighting, misting, sound, and video utilities are completed before proceeding to the next stages.

Masonry, Water Features, Borders, and Decks: Masonry features, water elements, borders, decks, and walkways are constructed and installed, enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetics of the backyard.

Planting Excavation: Proper excavation and soil preparation are carried out before planting, minimizing shock to the live material and promoting healthier growth.

Planting: Our quality vendors provide the best live material, and our team expertly plants and nurtures each specimen for a thriving landscape.

Inert Material: Decorative gravel, spread according to our standards of two-inch minimum coverage, adds the finishing touch to your landscape.

Synthetic or Natural Grass: High-quality Ontario-grown sod or artificial grass, chosen based on your preference, is installed to complete the landscape.

Landscape Lighting: We install top-quality traditional or LED lighting customized to your desired impact and effect, adding the perfect ambiance to your outdoor space.

Instructions and Walk-Through: We conduct a thorough walk-through to ensure all elements of your project are fine-tuned. You will receive complete operating instructions for your irrigation controls and resources to maintain the health of your plants.
